TASK:
Deliver a 3-8 minute oral presentation on your research topic.
AUDIENCE:
Your peers, your teacher
PURPOSE:
To share what you have learned through your research.
PROCEDURE:
1 Review the Criteria for Assessment.
2. Rehearse your presentation several times using prepared note cards.
3. Create a relevant visual (haiku deck app, imovie, keynote, poster, model) that will help enlighten your audience.
HELPFUL HINTS:
1 If you use a Keynote, do not simply use text and read it aloud. Instead, use Keynote as a great way to share images, music, video, etc.
2. Your visual should be visible to everyone in the room or be passed around.
3. Don’t just share your research - you should also share why you chose your topic and how you went about researching it.
